ESRC StudentshipSnacking is a behaviour we regularly engage in; however, with food resources in such available supply the current environment has moved towards one that is largely obesogenic (Lieberman, 2006). We aim to discover factors underlying snacking behaviour, allowing us to further understanding of disordered eating and the development of eating problems. This research will lead to interventions targeting specific maladaptive eating behaviours.
