ESRC StudentshipTheoretically, my research aims to enhance our understanding of the impact of peers on the psychological contract. This will be achieved by integrating psychological contract theory, the Leader-Member exchange model and research into idiosyncratic deals (i-deals). Substantively, I will be examining the balancing act between offering flexibility and maintaining fairness in the workplace.
