This conference has been designed to bring together academic researchers, postgraduate researchers and HR professionals for knowledge exchange, research as well as practical advice and collaboration.  The aim of the conference is to discuss and highlight current progress and challenges in achieving diversity and addressing potential interventions for success in equality and diversity.

The Leadership and Diversity Conference welcomes submissions for oral and poster presentation from multi-disciplinary perspectives that address the following topics: Leadership Diversity, Career Progression, Innovative Leadership and Equal Opportunity.

Registration closes on Monday, 8 August. The conference is free to attend and for ESRC researchers 20 travel bursaries of up to £100 are available to eligible delegates, these will be awarded upon registration.
