9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 4 December 2015

Place: Institute of Advanced Legal Studies, London.

This one-day intensive training course is on the legal and ethical issues that researchers in the social sciences and humanities could encounter during the course of their social research. It is tailored for PhD/MPhil students and academic staff working in the social sciences, humanities and law. It features a range of specialist and experienced practitioners and researchers. It would be relevant to anyone using social data – not only generated by interviews and surveys, but also from public data sets and social and mass media sources.

Please see the event website for further information, the programme, and registration information.
