Deadline: Tuesday 14 February 2017

Place: The University of Kent, Canterbury.

This session will introduce the background to the idea of critical methods in the Social Sciences by reviewing their development within modern European philosophy; consider the ways this can be taken into the field; and will invite some of the participants to join in the discussion by presenting their own research with a view to examining whether or not the idea of critical methods is pertinent to their research, what challenges they face if it is and how they intend to meet those challenges.

The cost is £30 for postgraduate students. For further information including how to book please visit the Kent Graduate School advanced training page.
