Newcastle University Business School is partnering with ICAEW and the Natural Capital Coalition on a half-day colloquium for PhD students and early career researchers. It has the theme ‘Rethinking Capitals: Going beyond the Financial’ and is free of charge. Delegates will be able to share their research findings with their peers, develop their research and presentation skills, and network. They are encouraged to produce a poster or short presentation summarising the key points of their research, as it relates to non-traditional forms of capital (natural, human, social etc) and their implications for business. The colloquium is followed by a full-day conference the next day with the same theme which will bring together people from academia, business, the public sector and civil society.
