The Voluntary Sector Studies Network (VSSN) New Researchers Network is for those working, studying or researching in the third or voluntary sector. There is a New Researchers’ Session taking place at the NCVO/VSSN Researching the Voluntary Sector Conference, which takes place at Sheffield Hallam University 10-11 September. The session runs parallel to the main conference programme and is free to attend. It is aimed at early career voluntary sector researchers, whether postgraduate students or researchers in the sector. It is an opportunity to meet and share ideas with other new researchers and hear guest speakers on a range of issues relevant to the study of the voluntary sector and volunteering.
